Leasing Consultant Location: Bexley at Left Bank, Fort Worth, TX Pay: Starting at $19/hour, increasing with experience, plus quarterly bonuses. Schedule: Weekdays 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM – 5 PM (rotated with the team), Sundays closed. Weinstein Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities Serve as the first impression and voice of the community. Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey. Build and maintain strong relationships with current residents and teammates. Balance customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. Participate in hands‑on training and apply training to daily work. Engage in property inspections, walk‑throughs, and maintain property appearance. Assist with resident events and weather‑related support as needed. Handle resident concerns and administrative duties promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals. Qualifications No prior leasing experience required; high energy and a customer‑first mindset. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Positive, enthusiastic, and can‑do energy. Team spirit; willingness to help across duties.
