Speech Therapist in Cibolo, TX

Empower students to communicate and succeed in a school-centered Speech-Language Pathologist position for the upcoming 26-27 academic year. This contract opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours each week and welcomes both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) professionals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced CCC-SLPs
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is appreciated but not required
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for diverse students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct speech and language therapy to students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create strong support systems for students
• Document progress, monitor student outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on communication disorders and interventions
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy activities to enhance students' language, speech, and social skills
