A growing organization is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee business operations, strengthen organizational performance, and support continued expansion. The company offers a collaborative environment focused on leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team development. This leader will work closely with senior leadership to improve business results, build organizational capabilities, and support long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and organizational performance, managing financial results, budgets, and profitability, leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams, improving operational processes and business efficiency, establishing performance expectations and monitoring key metrics, maintaining strong customer relationships and service standards, collaborating with senior leadership on growth initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished operational leader with substantial experience managing service-oriented businesses, overseeing financial performance, and developing effective teams. Required qualifications include 7+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in residential or commercial service organizations, 3+ years overseeing multiple business functions with direct P&L accountability, demonstrated success improving organizational performance and developing high-performing teams, strong financial and analytical capabilities, including budget management and performance tracking, excellent communication, leadership, and employee development skills, proficiency with business management systems and Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, and the ability to complete required pre-employment screenings.

Preferred qualifications include leadership experience in residential or commercial field service businesses, familiarity with industry-specific business management platforms, particularly ServiceTitan, a bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent professional experience, and experience guiding organizations through expansion and operational improvement initiatives.

Compensation and benefits include a $125,000–$150,000 base salary, a performance-based bonus, medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) match, PTO, and additional benefits.
