About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Head of Commercial Lending to oversee a team of commercial lenders and manage the commercial loan portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing loans, deposits, and fee income with both existing and prospective customers, as well as negotiating loan facilities in line with the company's risk profile, growth, and earnings goals. Essential functions of the role include analyzing the financial status of applicants, monitoring the commercial loan portfolio for risk, and preparing loan requests for approval. The SVP will also be involved in business development, communicating with clients about loan options, and ensuring the timely collection of delinquent accounts.
