Active Minnesota CNA certification required. Minimum 2 years of recent CNA experience required. Current BLS certification required. Previous LTC, SNF, Rehab, or similar patient care experience preferred. Strong ADL assistance, personal care, mobility/transfers, vital signs, and resident safety skills. Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition.
