ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Manager

ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Manager Crowe is seeking a passionate leader to guide our clients through their Security (SecOps) ServiceNow implementations. The role requires strong leadership, decision‑making, and project management skills to oversee the full implementation lifecycle and deliver excellence to our clients. Responsibilities Support pre‑sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, proof of concepts, and SOW preparation. Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow to support their Security program. Lead the project implementation and architectural design, working directly with Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and a team of Developers to ensure on‑track delivery. Facilitate project initiation, kick‑off meetings, and weekly status meetings; create and manage project timelines. Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration. Conduct final quality‑assurance reviews of all deliverables. Design and deliver end‑user training. Identify opportunities to expand client vision and drive additional business value through ServiceNow. Basic Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a professional environment. 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on Security. Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – SIR & VR. Experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator. Knowledge of running a Security program on ServiceNow. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Experience providing business, operations, and technical consulting to senior leaders. Bachelor’s degree required. Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Capability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and analytical skills. Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools.
