Seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Mitchell Recovery Health Center. Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Location: 40 E. Mitchell Dr., Unit #100, Phoenix AZ, 85012 Full Benefits Package - Including 401K Generous PTO/Sick Time (3+ weeks in Year 1) Additional Language Differential Pay Available NOW OFFERING AN ADDITIONAL $1.50/hr. SMI DIFFERENTIAL Duties Include Use your own life experience to encourage and assist both clients and their families throughout the treatment process. Conduct assessments, service planning, and service delivery while maintaining focus on recovery and resiliency. Create and conduct a variety of group activities for family and clients alike. Promote community integration, independence, and self-sufficiency. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of member engagements.
