TANF Workforce Case Manager II (Hybrid Eligible)

The Douglas County Government (CO) is seeking a Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)/Colorado Works Workforce Development Case Manager to assist TANF participants in achieving economic stability through employment and training. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing individualized plans, and providing support to overcome barriers to employment. Candidates should possess experience in case management and public contact, with preferred bilingual skills.
