This role exists to deliver a standout selection while staying buttoned-up on alcohol laws and company standards.Key responsibilities include managing daily department operations; maintaining inventory levels; ordering and receiving deliveries; building clean, attention-grabbing displays; running seasonal promotions; and tracking sales, margin, and shrink to hit department goals. You’ll also be the go-to for friendly, spot-on product recommendations.Required skills/qualifications: - Retail experience (liquor sales preferred); supervisory experience a plus- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits- Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills- Able to stand/walk for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.- Must be 21+ years of agePay: $19–$22/hour.
