Roze Room is a leading provider of Hospice and Palliative Care, celebrating over 25 years of service to Southern California communitiesPosition OverviewWe are seeking caring and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide personal care and emotional support to hospice patients in their homes throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.As part of our hospice care team, you will assist patients with daily living activities while helping maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with personal care and hygieneProvide compassionate companionship and emotional supportSupport patient comfort and safety in the home settingFollow care plans directed by the RN Case ManagerDocument patient care accurately in EMR systemsCommunicate effectively with the hospice interdisciplinary teamQualificationsCurrent California CHHA Certification requiredValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationAbility to travel throughout assigned territoriesHospice or home health experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not requiredCompassionate, dependable, and professional attitudeIf you are passionate about patient care and want to be part of a team that truly values compassion and service, we would love to hear from you.
