Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

Position Responsibilities:Support build and manage scalable, efficient architectures for financial systems aligning with organizational goals and standard methodologies. Platforms include Microsoft Dynamics and a future financial planning platformDrive automation and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goalsOversee the implementation of new systems or modules, optimize existing systems for efficiency and user experience, and develop custom applications, extensions, or integrations as necessaryPartner with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutionsUnderstand and help manage system infrastructureStay updated on new technologies, lead the building of standard methodologies and documentation for financial systems, and mentor team members to foster growth and innovationOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree with 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise financial systems. or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experienceExtensive knowledge of ERP systems, financial workflows, and cloud-based financial platforms like Microsoft Dynamics. Proficient in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures.Experience in agile and waterfall delivery models.Deep expertise in Azure DevOps(pipelines, repos, boards) and automation tools.Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
