What You'll Do As a member of Team Flopez, you'll become a trusted resource for our customers by helping them protect what matters most.

Responsibilities include:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, outbound prospecting, and community engagement.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
• Assist customers with policy changes, questions, and policy reviews.
• Educate customers on coverage options and identify opportunities to better protect what matters most.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates loyal, lifelong clients.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish ( required ).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain).
• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain).
