Inside Sales Specialist: Uncapped Commissions & Growth

Company Overview Power Distributors, LLC is the Sales and Distribution arm for Briggs & Stratton, the leading manufacturer of air‑cooled gasoline engines and parts for outdoor power equipment. Briggs & Stratton engines are used in consumer products as well as industrial and commercial applications. We sell and market Briggs & Stratton Power Products (generators, pressure washers, etc.) and distribute Oregon Equipment Parts and Oregon Forestry products, among other allied lines. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, self‑directed Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to manage the full sales cycle, support field sales teams, and drive customer growth in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. Use CRM software for sales campaigns and daily activities. Maintain and update CRM database with current contact, opportunity, and account information. Grow and service existing customer relationships. Collaborate daily with the Outside Sales department on prospective customers. Build and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects. Work hours are 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of inside sales, sales support, or telesales experience. Experience setting appointments and closing sales. Ability to overcome objections. Computer literacy using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship‑building skills with both external customers and internal associates. Self‑motivated, multitask, and meet deadlines. Ideal Candidate Profile 2+ years of sales experience in a customer‑facing environment. Excellent telephone demeanor and communication. Strong ability to collaborate with field and internal teams. Self‑motivated, capable of multitasking within deadlines. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (paid bi‑weekly) and uncapped commissions (paid monthly).
