Job Description RN Unit Manager – Full Time (Exempt) $7,500 Sign-On Bonus | Falcons Landing – Loudoun County, VA Falcons Landing, a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our Johnson Center Nursing team. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise a nursing team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care Ensure compliance with Virginia regulations and clinical standards Oversee MDS, care planning, and documentation accuracy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families Mentor and develop staff to drive performance and engagement What You Bring Active RN license in Virginia Long-term care experience (CCRC, SNF, assisted living, or similar) Strong leadership and supervisory background Knowledge of MDS, EMR/PCC, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer $90,000 – $95,000 salary $7,500 sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits Growth opportunities within a respected organization Make a meaningful impact in a community committed to excellence in care.
