Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a NICU night shift position requiring at least 2 years of NICU RT experience.

Details

• Respiratory Therapy unit in a NICU-only setting, no adult patients
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous NICU RT experience required
• Completion of at least 1 travel contract required
• State license required if applicable
• Epic experience preferred
• Compact license accepted
• One supervisory reference from within 2 years of employment/contract required

Additional Information

• Contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary team managing patient care
• Travelers may be required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)
• Limited time-off requests permitted during peak holiday periods
• Candidates previously employed by the facility within the past 12 months may be ineligible for consideration
• Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility
