- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote patient engagement and progress. \n
- Work collaboratively with medical providers to ensure a coordinated care approach, sharing insights that enhance treatment outcomes and patient experiences. \n
- Respond effectively to crises, offering timely interventions and support during mental health emergencies. \n
- Educate patients about the holistic connection between mental and physical well-being, empowering them to take ownership of their health management. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of client care. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions. \n
- Experience in integrated care settings, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with patients and colleagues alike. \n

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a proficiency in computer applications relevant to patient care. \n
