Job Description Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers by communicating with in‑store employees, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines. Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently. Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed). Capacity to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasional pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25–35 miles of Livermore, CA, or within the secondary locations of Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, or Danville, CA. Open schedule availability, including weekends and holidays; schedule may change based on business needs; 6:00 AM start time. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation rate of $21.00. 401 Savings Plan.
