Location: 300 Garlington Road, Greenville SC
Installing/configuring/moving desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.

Troubleshooting BSOD's Understanding of the Windows 10 boot process Command Line Tools for diagnosing connectivity issues Driver updates/driver issue diagnosis Email Outlook settings send/receive issues software performance troubleshooting Thorough understanding of TCP/IP protocol Event Log diagnosis Mobile Device Management. Mac experience is a plus.
Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Mac
