Your role ensures Workday’s stability, performance, and alignment with enterprise goals while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and IT leadership. You will work with a team of analysts and integration specialists, to drive Workday roadmap execution, release management, and data governance.Job Description:Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the enterprise Workday strategy and roadmapEstablish governance processes for enhancement intake, prioritization, and change management.Lead Workday steering committee and governance meetings with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT leadershipRecommend and implement best practices across HCM and FinancialsEnsure Workday aligns with organizational goals and supports operational efficiencyServe as the primary IT owner for Workday platform stability, availability, and performanceOversee configuration, tenant management, business processes, calculated fields, EIBs, and functional setups across HCM and FINManage production support, issue resolution, and vendor escalations; own support tickets from intake through resolutionMonitor system performance, scheduled jobs, integrations, and data feedsMaintain documentation for configurations, integrations, security models, and functional processesOversee Workday security architecture, role‑based access controls, and segregation‑of‑duties (SoD)Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, privacy standards, and regulatory obligationsPartner with Information Security and External Audit on periodic reviews and risk assessmentsManage all inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and middlewareOversee payroll interfaces, benefits carrier feeds, Active Directory/Entra ID integrations, recruiting platform integrations, banking/AP/procurement/ERP integrations, and tax interfacesMonitor integration failures, perform root‑cause analysis, coordinate vendor support, and maintain integration documentationDrive automation opportunities and reduce manual processes across the enterpriseImplement enterprise reporting strategy, including dashboards, analytics, and data governanceOversee development of workforce and financial reporting, ensuring data integrity and securitySupport executive leadership with strategic analytics, KPIs, and performance insightsEvaluate release notes, assess impacts, coordinate regression testing, and manage deployment plansValidate integrations and critical business processes during release cyclesCommunicate release changes and new functionality to stakeholdersDirect and mentor Workday analysts, administrators, and integration specialistsEstablish service levels, operational metrics, and performance standardsManage consultant and vendor relationshipsWork with HR to develop training strategies, succession plans, and skill development pathwaysCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutionsProvide end‑user training, documentation, and guidance to ensure consistent and effective Workday usageSupport cross‑functional projects involving HCM, FIN, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and related integrationsEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications3–5 years of enterprise application experience5+ years supporting or managing Workday in an enterprise environmentHands‑on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and integrationsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills across functional and technical layersExperience managing multiple projects or support requests in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical usersDemonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to end users and cross‑functional partnersSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft TeamsWorkday Pro certifications in HCM, Financials, Security, Reporting, or Integrations preferredExperience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, or Recruiting preferredExperience with Workday Extend or advanced integration frameworks preferredPrior experience supporting enterprise systems in a regulated or high‑volume operational environment preferredExperience leading enterprise application teamsRequirementsAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required;
