This is an excellent opportunity to build and establish a consistent endodontic program within a practice that is currently referring out specialty procedures.The incoming provider will step into immediate case volume with the ability to grow production across both locations. This role is ideal for a specialist who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to shape how endodontic services are delivered within the practice.About the Area:Linwood is a desirable coastal community in Southern New Jersey, located just minutes from the Jersey Shore and Atlantic City. The area offers a strong quality of life with access to beaches, outdoor recreation, and a growing residential population.Practice Overview:Privately owned solo practice with two locationsApproximately 700 active patients per locationOffices located within 20 minutes of each otherOral surgeon on-site twice per monthCurrently referring out endodontic cases (immediate opportunity to capture production)One location is primarily fee-for-service; the other has a strong PPO patient base. Open to the provider either participating with insurance or being FFS.High demand for specialty services with opportunity to grow volume quicklyTechnology & Clinical Support:CBCT availableDentrix Ascend at one location; Eaglesoft at the otherFlexible equipment setup:Practice can supply full endodontic equipment (apex locator, file systems, instruments)Option to bring personal equipment with potential compensation adjustmentMicroscope options available (mobile or fixed based on provider preference)Assistant support available, or provider may bring their ownWhat We Offer:42% – 45% of collections (flexible based on experience and setup)Strong internal referral base with immediate case volumeClinical autonomy in a privately owned practiceOpportunity to build and grow a specialty program across both locationsW-2 employment structure (pending final classification confirmation)Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, and related proceduresDiagnose and treatment plan endodontic casesUtilize CBCT and advanced imaging for accurate diagnosisCollaborate with general dentists to retain specialty production in-houseEducate patients on treatment options and post-procedure careMaintain high clinical standards and documentationQualifications:DDS or DMD from an accredited dental schoolCompletion of an accredited Endodontics residency programActive New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain)Strong clinical proficiency in endodontic proceduresAbility to work independently and build a specialty scheduleExcellent communication and patient relationship skillsBilingual Spanish preferred but not required
