This Travel ICU Registered Nurse opportunity is ideal for an experienced Critical Care RN who enjoys high-acuity patient care, collaboration, and the variety of a rewarding contract assignment in the Greater Boston area.Job Details\n \n Specialty: ICU / Critical Care Nursing\n Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse\n Setting: On-site inpatient critical care unit\n Start Date: 11/10/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n Shift Duration: 12-hour nights\n Hours: 36 hours per week\n Schedule: Night shift with every other weekend required\n Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600\n Location: Milton, MA 02186\n Job Requirements\n \n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain at time of offer\n 2-3 years of related ICU, critical care, or inpatient acute care experience required\n BLS and ACLS certification required\n Epic experience required\n Ability to complete ECG/telemetry and medication testing during day-one orientation\n Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac dysrhythmia recognition preferred\n CCRN preferred\n Flexibility to float as needed to PACU, step down, and the ED for holding patients\n Responsibilities\n \n Provide skilled, compassionate care to ICU patients with complex and high-acuity medical needs\n Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition\n Manage ventilators, vasoactive medications, sedation, and hemodynamic support as assigned\n Recognize and intervene in cardiac dysrhythmias and other critical events\n Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes\n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols and safety standards\n Float to PACU, step down, or the ED to assist with holding patients when needed\n Contribute to a reliable, team-oriented workflow in a busy critical care setting\n \n Apply now to take the next step in your Massachusetts nursing job and join a dedicated critical care team in Milton, MA.
