Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Business Systems

Lead the creation and communication of a long-term business systems strategy that scales with the business and supports cross-functional goals.Act as the primary systems expert and liaison to foster partnerships and secure alignment on technology solutions across units like Cloud, Core Engineering, and Finance.Prioritize and lead projects that integrate AI into core supply chain systems to improve business value, efficiency, and decision-making.Provide leadership for strategic and complex system implementations, ensuring they are delivered within budget, on time, and meet quality standards.Drive the adoption of SAP and other third-party vendors by transforming their capabilities to modernize processes and maximize Return on Investment (ROI) across the supply chain.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.12 years of experience with system architecture, system design, and system analysis.Experience with solution implementation, solution validation, and systems configuration.Preferred qualifications:Experience leading solution architecture and systems integrations.Experience in supply chain solutions leveraging AI/ML.Experience with full cycle ERP solution implementation in supply chain.Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and planning models.Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with a demonstrable bias toward action.At Google, we work at lightning speed.
