Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Flexibility to manage varying caseload sizes

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver direct and consultative services, providing support and strategies for student success
