Part‑time Coverage This role is for part‑time afternoon coverage from 3‑6 pm MT. We’re seeking a mission‑driven, technology‑forward Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our telehealth team in New Mexico. This is more than a clinical role; it’s a leadership opportunity. As a BCBA at Frontera, you’ll lead and mentor RBTs, ensuring high‑quality implementation and meaningful professional development. Responsibilities Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessment processes Develop case supervision and clinical management plans Develop and implement ABA treatment plans Consult with RBTs or BPs regarding client/family concerns Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of the person served Include the client/family in setting treatment goals and train families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills Give clear concise instructions in presenting materials and/or techniques in therapy Record and track daily progress for client/family accurately Utilize time in session efficiently to meet objectives Provide accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family Plan for discharge of the person served General Requirements General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis Experience with autism spectrum disorder Managerial experience Proficient computer skills in Excel, database management and record keeping Effective oral and written communication Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Evidence of a high level of confidentiality Excellent organizational skills Completed stage two assessments Additional duties as assigned Education and Experience Master’s degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population Two or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses, developing and implementing functional behavior plans, and overseeing their implementation Memberships with specific state and national professional associations (e.g., ABAI) are highly recommended One or more year of telehealth supervision experience Ideally located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO Ability to work within the hours of 9 am‑6 pm MT Benefits Opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in pediatric healthcare Work on challenging and impactful projects that leverage cutting‑edge AI/ML technologies Collaborate with a talented and passionate team in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Make a real difference in the lives of children and families in rural communities Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available Competitive salary and benefits package Eligibility At this time we are not able to hire candidates in WA, OR, NY, NJ, MA, CT, IL, MD, or MN.
