Senior Software Development Engineer, Amazon Customer Service

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to play a key role in designing and building the next generation of self service tools, that will scale to serve our customers globally. As an Sr SDE on this team you will own complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end: from architecture and design through implementation, deployment, and operational excellence. You will mentor engineers, influence technical direction across partner teams, and build systems that operate at massive scale with high availability. About the teamCustomer Service Technologies part of Amazon Customer Service ( CS) builds the platforms and products that power Amazon's world-class customer service experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
