Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Compliance with Connecticut fingerprint-based background check requirements for healthcare work.
• Ability to provide documentation to meet facility onboarding requirements, including immunizations and screenings.
• Preferred: experience with geriatric populations, post-acute care, and common SNF equipment and procedures.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Guaranteed Hours: 32–35 hours per week as noted by client guarantee.
• Contract Length: 14 weeks.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
