Leasing Consultant – Apartment Community

Longmont, CO

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and building relationships and wants to grow with an established property management company. Previous apartment leasing experience is helpful, but candidates with strong sales, hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do as Leasing Consultant

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment and community tours
• Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
• Follow up with prospects and help turn inquiries into new residents
• Guide applicants through the leasing and application process
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Assist current residents with questions and requests
• Support lease renewals and general office operations
• Help create a positive, professional experience for residents and prospects

What We're Looking for in a Leasing Agent:

• Apartment leasing, sales, hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
• A natural ability to connect with people and provide great customer service
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Comfortable using computers and handling basic administrative tasks
• Interest in building a long-term career in property management
