We are seeking a Hotshot Driver with at least one year of over-the-road driving experience to transport general freight, agricultural equipment and construction materials. The driver will operate a pickup and gooseneck trailer, travel overnight occasionally, and report to the Dispatch Manager and Owner-Operator Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Transport loads safely and efficiently.
• Operate a pickup and gooseneck trailer.
• Load and secure general freight, agricultural equipment, construction materials, and steel.
• Plan routes and manage delivery schedules.
• Complete load documentation and comply with DOT requirements.
• Use electronic logging devices (ELDs) accurately.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with dispatch.
• Travel overnight occasionally as required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and cargo securement.
• Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Route planning and load documentation skills.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in hotshot trucking.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
