CMM Programmer

Cmm Programmer
A growing, well-established aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support precision inspection of complex components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate CMM programs for final and in-process inspection
- Operate CMM equipment to support production and program prove-outs
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CMM programming experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of CMM software and dimensional inspection
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical degree preferred)
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and hands-on machine operation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
