The position requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the capability to manage complex patient needs effectively.Responsibilities\n \n Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.\n Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans accordingly.\n Administer medications and perform advanced clinical procedures.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.\n Float to Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) and other critical care areas as needed.\n Participate in trauma and neuro patient management.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n 2 years of Critical Care experience required; Level II trauma experience preferred.\n ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.\n ATCAR or equivalent trauma education; candidates may complete a Maryland-approved trauma course.\n Maryland or compact RN license required upon submission.\n Experience with Neuro ICU and Surgical ICU required.\n Dysrhythmia interpretation and management skills are necessary.\n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
