Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines and marketing objectives. Utilize media editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software to produce high-quality visual content. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends; respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement. Help acquire photos from architects and contractors for completed projects to be used in Social Media postings. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and visibility. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize campaign performance. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Buffer, Hoot-suite, and native platform analytics. Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to align social media strategies with broader business goals. Requirements Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus. Familiarity with social listening tools like Buffer or Hoot-suite for monitoring brand reputation. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms. Knowledge of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing performance monitoring techniques. Strong content creation skills, including writing engaging posts, proofreading for accuracy, and maintaining consistent brand voice. Ability to analyze social media data using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments for improved engagement metrics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with target audiences. Must have reliable transportation.
