Job Description

We are currently carpenters to work on projects primarily in Londonderry, NH. This role will revolve around frame to finish carpentry including wood and metal stud work, doors, railings, stairs, roofs, and floors. This position will require personal hand tools and PPE. This is a $200+ million dollar project with a mixture of apartments and retail spaces. We are able to interview on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday in the afternoon and this job can start as soon as you are onboarded. Pay rate will be between $27 - $37 an hour depending on years of carpentry experience. Ideally we are looking for a 4-5 year carpenter coming from commercial or residential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Frame to Finish carpentry work on multi-family, clubhouse, and retail building projects.
• Install door handles, decks, railings, and other fixtures as required.
• Work collaboratively with a team of skilled carpenters to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction is advantageous.
• Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Londonderry, NH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $59.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Londonderry,NH.
