Community Foodbank of New Jersey seeks a Director, Talent & Workforce Strategy to shape learning and workforce development across the organization. You will identify capability gaps, develop scalable programs, and drive a culture of continuous learning that aligns with CFBNJ’s mission. You’ll lead onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management while leveraging data to measure impact and guide improvements.
