Dispatcher Position
Join a fast-growing team where customer service, teamwork, and fun come first!
We're expanding our Dallas team and looking for a dispatcher to help coordinate service installations and provide top-tier support to customers and field teams. You'll serve as a key point of contact between our call center, customers, and technicians, while helping keep schedules tight, communication clear, and service seamless.
What You'll Do
- Receive and dispatch service installation orders
- Coordinate with field teams, technicians, and subcontractors
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues
- Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, skills, and location
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications
- Support smooth operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communicator (oral and written)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Calm under pressure with sound decision-making abilities
- Proficient in basic computer use and data entry
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Open availability (MonFri, 6 AM9 PM & rotating Sat, 8 AM5 PM)
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
