Focus Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide direct support to individuals with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, helping them develop skills, increase independence, and actively participate in their communities.

What You'll Do:

• Support individuals with building skills such as household chores, meal preparation, independence, and community involvement
• Responsible for all duties related to direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential
• Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and self-determination

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass criminal background clearances
• Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to walk/hike, very active individual
• Must be able to assist individuals with getting up, walking, and moving by lifting or guiding when necessary.
