Your Role as an Evening/Overnight Caregiver

Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and teammates
Offer reliable, punctual support during scheduled shifts
Be a calm, comforting presence when clients need it most
