We're looking for a reliable General Laborer to support daily production operations by performing essential manual and repetitive tasks that keep our facility running smoothly.Shifts: 2nd or 3rd - shifts assigned at hire (not guaranteed)Union rolePerformance increase eligible at 90 daysFully funded pensionHealthcare benefitsStarting pay $22.75/hourKey ResponsibilitiesAssist machine operators as neededLoad and unload materials, ingredients, parts, products, cases, crates, and palletsMove, stack, and place items on conveyors manually or using mechanized equipmentDeliver materials to designated production areasHand-pack products into crates or boxesSort, bundle, and fill containers or assembled unitsLabel or mark product loadsBuild or break down shipping boxesMaintain a clean and safe work areaAccurately and legibly complete required paperworkReport quality or operational issues to supervision immediatelyFollow all DFA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, quality, and sanitation standardsMaintain safe working conditions in compliance with state and federal regulationsPerform other duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceMust have High School Diploma or equivalentPrior warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferredCertifications or licenses may be required throughout employmentKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to follow directions and carry out instructionsStrong teamwork skillsAbility to write legible documentationComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)Must be able to read, write, and speak EnglishAn Equal Opportunity Employer
