Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, develop innovative approaches, and participate in ongoing learning.\nRole Description The Speech Language Pathologist role at Little Town Therapy, LLC is a full-time, on-site position located in Milton, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating clients for speech, language, and communication needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy in individual or small group settings. The Speech Language Pathologist will regularly assess progress, update goals, and document services in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. Additional tasks may include collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals; providing education on communication strategies; and participating in team meetings and case conferences. The role may also involve contributing to program development, maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.\nQualifications\n\n\n Demonstrated skills in Speech Therapy and Speech, with the ability to assess and treat a variety of communication needs.\n Experience working with Communication Disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention.\n Competence in treating Language Disorders, including expressive and receptive language challenges across age groups.\n Knowledge and clinical experience in managing Dysphagia, including safe swallowing strategies and appropriate referrals.\n Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.\n Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida.\n Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or strong commitment to obtaining certification.\n Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.\n Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to clinical and ethical standards.\n Experience in pediatric, school-based, or outpatient therapy settings is beneficial.\n
