• Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Provider Min Shifts Required: Full time
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40

Credentialing Requirements:

• Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)
• License: Active or IMLC
• DEA Required: Yes
• Boards: BC only
• Skills/Certs: Experience as a first assist in general surgery
• Other: Must be experienced first assist in general surgery to be considered

Additional Details:
Seeking one General Surgery NP or PA for a full-time assignment at Prov St. Mary. No weekends or call. Responsibilities include assisting in OR, rounding, discharges, and care coordination.
