• Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
• Track client interactions and maintain organized digital records
• Ensure timelines and service standards are consistently met

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service or client support experience (preferred, not required)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Professional, dependable, and confident using online systems and tools
