As a Network Operations Engineer, you will provide technical expertise on a critical role involving network transformation, network outages, service issues, network optimization, and maintenance. You will be responsible for providing support to keep things running smoothly and change the way that our customers live, work, and play. We are a 24x7 highly visible Operations environment that performs troubleshooting, configuration changes, drive issues to resolution, and related functions. Performing optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems and applications to identify overall system availability and performance.Evaluating network coverage to find gaps, making recommendations to improve coverage, and helping to implement those recommendations.Performing triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.Generating, driving, and updating problem-tracking tickets via multiple systems and continuously improving business practices.Escalating issues to the appropriate internal/external engineer teams for resolution.Physical requirements of the job may include but are not limited to climbing stairs and ladders, working from elevated areas, lifting and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 65 pounds, pushing, pulling, grasping, twisting/bending, and crawling, squatting, or kneeling in small spaces.What we’re looking for...Being the first one to encounter and solve a problem is enjoyable to you. You’re great at following an established process or procedure to complete tasks. Experience navigating and working well at all levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing network environment.
