Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Conroe, TX. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain reports and schedules integral to the key areas of the operation including accounts receivable/payables and QHSE duties. Create workorders, review, reconcile, and enter items received into accounting system. Assists with projects to improve or maintain facilities, equipment, and property. Including scheduling and coordinating vendors. Compiles data and provides various regular and ad hoc reports to management for review and determination, specifically in tool usage, efficiency and productivity. May participate in various QHSE audits internal or external. Assists in the performance of month-end close process. Answer the telephone and/or greet customers, vendors, etc. in a courteous and professional manner and direct to the required department or person as needed. May coordinate travel, draft correspondence, organize events and meetings as needed. Purchase inventory of office equipment/supplies. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in related field. Equivalent combination of experience and/or training. Skills Required: Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally Must possess strong interpersonal skills and professional phone and greeting etiquette Knowledge and ability to use multi-line phone and paging system Knowledge and ability to operate general office equipment including fax, copier, computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work order.
