Finance & Sales BDC Assistant

The Finance and BDC Assistant is responsible for accurately entering and processing vehicle finance deals and completing all required finance documentation and paperwork. The Assistant reviews deals for accuracy and completeness, obtains any necessary information or documentation, and ensures files are properly prepared for submission and funding. In this role, you will also assist the BDC with inbound and outbound customer calls, scheduling sales appointments, and maintaining accurate customer information in the dealership customer follow-up system (CRM). You will communicate with customers to confirm appointments, answer basic questions, and ensure leads are promptly and appropriately followed up on by the appropriate team member. This position supports the Finance and BDC departments and does not have primary vehicle sales responsibilities.
