Crisis Stabilization Unit Direct Care StaffSeeking full time, overnight direct care staff person for Crisis Stabilization Unit located in Taunton, MA. This is a voluntary, no restraint, short term mental health support service for adults needing support in managing a crisis situation.Responsibilities:Complete client admissionsMonitor clients on the milieuMaintain daily records in the electronic medical recordCollaborate with doctors, nurses and therapists for patients' therapy and treatment for best overall outcomeProvide assistance to client filling out applications and or forms that may be needed as part of aftercare planning.Ability to adequately implement verbal and physical de-escalation techniquesSupport the daily functions of the Community Crisis Stabilization Unit and telephone triage for the overall Emergency Service ProgramAssist in the care of clients; meals, laundry, light cleaningProvides transportation as needed utilizing the CCBC vehicleMaintains compliance with all applicable practice standards and guidelines.Maintains client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times.Performs related duties as required.Requirements:A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related fieldMust have a valid driver's license in the state of residence and submit a copy of satisfactory record of driving from the state of residence of registry of motor vehicles, as determined by the department vice presidentMust complete MA and ADP Criminal Offense Record Information (CORI) processMust have computer literacy as related to the requirements of the positionThis role is designated as emergency personnel
