Contract RecruiterSeeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage a high-volume portfolio of entry-level sales positions. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offers and pre-onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers and a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Talent Acquisition vendor to ensure efficient hiring processes and a positive candidate experience.Required Qualifications5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.Experience managing multiple open requisitions and competing hiring priorities.Strong sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.Knowledge of recruiting compliance, confidentiality, and onboarding requirements.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of entry-level sales requisitions throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to establish hiring strategies, candidate requirements, sourcing plans, and interview timelines.Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and talent communities.Develop candidate pipelines through partnerships with universities, community colleges, and workforce development programs.Coordinate interviews, candidate selection, offer recommendations, negotiations, and pre-onboarding activities.Partner with the MSP Talent Acquisition vendor and TA coordinators to manage requisitions, candidate progress, interview scheduling, and onboarding.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline activity.Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes.Preferred QualificationsHigh-volume recruiting experience supporting sales or customer-facing positions.Experience partnering with MSP or outsourced Talent Acquisition teams.Experience building campus recruiting and workforce development pipelines.Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement.Benefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
