Senior Staff Counsel Collections Litigation & Compliance
Encore Capital Group
Encore Capital Group is seeking a Staff Counsel II to draft, review, and file legal pleadings, and to manage collection litigation matters. You will provide legal support for the collections litigation business unit and liaise with outside counsel as necessary, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
You will advise on compliance with federal, state, and local laws, supervise non-legal staff when needed, and help resolve cases cost-effectively while protecting the company’s interests in
