Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Manage medication administration and vital signs monitoring
Engage in activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and leisure pursuits
Document client records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members
Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with care and precision
Reliable transportation to and from client homes
Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Valid Louisiana driver's license (if applicable)
