Your creative cocktail crafting skills, exceptional customer service, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the warm and inviting atmosphere that defines our establishment.**Duties and Functions:*** Previous bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, upscale bar, or hospitality setting.* In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and contemporary trends.* Strong understanding of mixology techniques and the ability to craft visually appealing and delicious drinks.* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.* Excellent multitasking abilities, maintaining composure in fast-paced environments.* Attention to detail in order to accurately process orders and handle payments.* Familiarity with responsible alcohol service regulations and the legal drinking age.* Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members.* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in bartending is a plus.**Qualification Standards:*** Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment or similar setting.* Extensive knowledge of drink preparation techniques and beverage recipes.* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club operations.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification) is preferred.* Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.Join our dynamic team and contribute to the welcoming ambiance and exceptional service that we are known for.
