Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will have a big impact on packaging high quality adhesives, perform safety and quality inspection, and assisting to ensure all products are shipped out accurately.  Our production associates are assisting in packing and ensuring customer orders are packaged correctly and with integrity. Responsibilities: 

• Package finished tape into cases 
• Visual quality inspection to ensure it meets standards
• Prepare and fold boxes for shipping 
• Label and documentation of inventory 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be able to work 12 hour shift schedules on rotation 2, 2, 3 schedule 
• Must Basic math and computer skills 
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs as needed 
• Excellent manual dexterity

The base pay range for this position is $15.50 + $100 attendance bonus, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future  growth.
