What You'll Do

Operational Excellence

Provide exceptional guest service with a smile

Address and resolve guest concerns professionally

Follow Dunkin' brand standards, recipes, and procedures

Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and welcoming

Teamwork & Collaboration

Foster a respectful and positive work environment

Learn and perform a variety of tasks with confidence

Driving Success

Execute restaurant standards and support marketing efforts

Accurately handle POS transactions and payments

Prepare and serve products to brand specifications

Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in English

Basic computer proficiency

Comfortable handling cash and making change

Able to operate restaurant equipment (age restrictions may apply)

Must be 18 years or older
